Artículo l° Los funcionarios de que trata el artículo 13 del Decreto número 1115 de 1940, además de las obligaciones que allí se les señalan, tendrán la de verificar el correcto consumo de los útiles de escritorio y el manejo de los demás elementos que se suministran a la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Tribunales Superiores, Juzgados de Circuito, Consejo de Estado, Tribunales dé lo Contencioso Administrativo y Fiscalías.
