El Gobierno Nacional fijará la forma en la cual se garantice que las administradoras y aseguradoras mantengan niveles adecuados de patrimonio, de acuerdo a los distintos riesgos asociados a su actividad.
En todo caso, el nivel de activos manejados por una administradora no podrá exceder en más de 40 veces su patrimonio técnico.
