Deberá Inscribirse, en forma provisional, en los registros del Ministerio, toda nueva variedad de semilla que según datos que harán de suministrar el criador ofrezca una o mas ventajas sobre las existentes. El carácter provisional de la inscripción durara hasta que por los ensayos comparativos de rendimiento y calidad que adelante la entidad a quien corresponda, se indique su valor final.
