El transporte de café con destino a la exportación solo podrá realizarse por empresas de transporte de servicio público o en vehículo particulares cuando los propietarios del grano sean a la vez propietarios de los vehículos. En ambos casos los transportadores deberán inscribirse ante la División de Aduanas y otorgar fianza en cuantía de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) a favor del Estado para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones que se señalan en el presente Decreto.
