Por Código Militar se entenderá exclusivamente la parte referente á la justicia (Tribunales, juicios, penas y recompensas), y las prescripciones del Derecho de gentes que deben observar los jefes de operaciones, conforme al actual Código Militar y las leyes que lo han reformado, mientras el Congreso no legisle de nuevo sobre esta materia.
