El Consejo Nacional Electoral o el Registrador del Estado Civil correspondiente, según el caso, declarará, oficialmente el resultado de la votación y lo comunicará a todas las autoridades que tengan competencia para tomar decisiones o adoptar medidas relacionadas con lo decidido.
