Art. 51.º Cuando haya necesidad de prestar alguno ó algunos documentos de los que deben tener el carácter auténticos, y que por no existir en la oficina ó archivos donde reposaban, no se pueden conseguir ni originales ni en copia, previa la comprobación de haber desaparecido de esos lugares, será permitido el uso de la prueba supletoria, de conformidad con los Código Civil y Judicial de la Nación.
