El pescado artesanal comercial y de subsistencia que sea sorprendido violando la veda, será excluido por un periodo de un (1) año del seguro Sedeveda; adicionalmente se le suspenderá la licencia o carné para desarrollar actividades de pesca por el periodo siguiente a la veda y no podrá recibir otros beneficios que brinde el Estado en su condición de pescador.
