° . Adiciónese un artículo 2.2.6.5.5. al Capítulo 5 del Título 6 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1077 de 2015, el cual quedará así: Artículo 2.2.6.5.5. Enfoque diferencial de la infraestructura social y del espacio público . Los equipamientos o edificaciones con destinación institucional o dotacional, así como las áreas con destino al espacio público deberán corresponder a las necesidades, condiciones y características de cada comunidad y entorno físico donde habitan y en armonía con los procesos de diálogo comunitario.
