Objeto. Este capítulo tiene por objeto determinar las entidades autorizadas por la Ley para llevar a cabo la supresión de las cuotas partes pensionales que se encontraban causadas y no hubieran sido pagadas a la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1753 de 2015, es decir, a 9 de junio de 2015, así como las que se causen a partir de dicha fecha. De la misma manera este capítulo establece el procedimiento que deberá surtir cada entidad para la supresión de que habla el artículo 78 de la Ley 1753 de 2015. (Decreto 1337 de 2016, artículo 1°)
