° El Ingeniero enviará informes mensuales al Ministerio sobre sus trabajos y el Cajero rendirá sus cuentas por movimiento de dinero mensualmente, en la forma que exige la Contraloría General de la República y empezará a ejercer sus funciones tan pronto preste el aseguro legal correspondiente por la cuantía y en la forma que señale la misma Contraloría.
