Los Jueces de Circuito visitarán las oficinas de Registro y Notaría en los últimos quince días de enero y julio ele cada año. Los Agentes del Ministerio Público pasarán las mismas visitas en los últimos quince días de abril y octubre de cada año. Tanto Jueces de Circuito como Agentes del Ministerio Público pasarán en cualquier tiempo o cuando así se les ordene visitas extraordinarias a las mismas oficinas. En las visitas a Registradores y Notarios se cumplirán todos los requisitos señalados en el Código Civil y en la Ley 40 de 1932, todo de acuerdo con el artículo 7º del Decreto 457 de 1933.
