°. Criterios de interpretación. La interpretación de las normas contenidas en este decreto se realizará a la luz de los principios consagrados en la Constitución Política, en la parte primera del Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en el Código General del Proceso, en el artículo 4° de la Ley 1609 de 2013, y en el Decreto 390 de 2016. Para ello, se tendrán en cuenta las finalidades dispuestas en el artículo 2° de la Ley 1004 de 2005.
