ART 225. Hay cuadrilla cuando concurren á un robo tres ó más malhechores.

Los malhechores que formen parte de la cuadrilla y asistieren á la ejecución de un robo en despoblado, serán castigados como autores de cualquiera de los atentados cometidos por la cuadrilla, si no consta que procuraron impedirlos.
