Art 2 ° Cuando uno de los empleados á que se refiere el artículo anterior se halle desempeñando las funciones que por este decreto se les confieren, el otro hará las veces de ambos en la Administración general de Correos, debiendo aumentar las horas trabajo diario hasta donde fuere necesario, á fin de que el buen servicio de aquella oficina no sufra menoscabo ni interrupción de ninguna especie.
