Toda persona natural o jurídica que habitualmente ocupe uno o más trabajadores permanentes, deberá suministrar, cada seis (6) meses y en forma gratuita, un par de zapatos de cuero o caucho, según la naturaleza del trabajo y condiciones climatéricas, a los trabajadores cuya remuneración sea inferior a ciento veintiún pesos ($121.00) mensuales.
