Las oficinas de turismo que se establezcan por cuenta de los Departamentos o Municipios para los efectos de orientación y planes de trabajo, estarán en la obligación de proceder de acuerdo con las disposiciones orgánicas de la industria del turismo, dictadas o que se dicten por el Ejecutivo Nacional.
