En la Imprenta Nacional y por el Jefe de la Sección de Justicia del Ministerio de Gobierno, se editará un folleto que contendrá el Acto Legislativo número 1° de 1921, el Acto Legislativo número 2 de 1931, la Ley 62 de 1928 y el Decreto que reglamenta, la Ley 21 de 1931 y el presente Decreto, y las doctrinas sentadas por el Ministerio de Gobierno acerca de las leyes de la abogacía. Al margen de las respectivas disposiciones se anotarán las derogatorias o reformatorias que se hayan adoptado.
