Entidades estatales en Proceso de Liquidación. Las entidades estatales que se encuentren en proceso de liquidación o que como resultado de éste constituyan un patrimonio autónomo de remanentes deberán dar aplicación al presente Título, sin perjuicio del cumplimiento de las normas que regulan dichos procesos.
