De cada una de las decisiones de los Tribunales Disciplinarios se dejará, por parte de la Secretaría, constancia en autos que se incorporarán al informativo y que serán suscritos por el Presidente y el Secretario del respectivo Tribunal Disciplinario. Los demás autos serán suscritos por el funcionario instructor y el Secretario.
