Facultase al Gobierno para que, por conducto de la Junta de Conversión y Con los fondos que esta maneja, proceda a la acuñación y emisión de tres millones de pesos ($ 3.000.000) en monedas de plata, y un millón de pesos ($ 1.000. 000) en monedas de níquel, sobre las cantidades cuya acuñación y emisión están autorizadas por las leyes anteriores.

Las monedas de que trata esta Ley deberán tener las condiciones de aleación, peso, tamaño y sello fijadas por las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia.
