Del Manual de Evaluación de Estudios Ambientales de Proyectos. Para la evaluación de los estudios ambientales, las autoridades ambientales adoptarán los criterios generales definidos en el Manual de Evaluación de Estudios Ambientales de Proyectos expedido por el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible con el apoyo de la ANLA, actualizará el Manual de Evaluación de Estudios Ambientales de Proyectos dentro de los siguientes seis (6) meses contados a partir de la expedición del decreto. CAPÍTULO I Diagnóstico Ambiental de Alternativas
