Si conviniere el demandado en ceder la compra, el Juez dispondrá lo conveniente en los dos días que se sigan para que el retracto se verifique; en caso contrario se seguirá juicio ordinario; y al efecto se citará para sentencia, o se abrirá la causa a pruebas según el caso.
