Aprobación del valor cuantitativo asignado a las ecuaciones contenidas en el presente decreto . El Viceministro de Vivienda, Desarrollo Urbano y Agua Potable evaluará los resultados de la aplicación de las ecuaciones señaladas en los artículos 5 y 7 de este decreto, las cuales deberán ser aprobadas por el Ministro de Desarrollo Económico antes del 31 de octubre de 1996.
