º Autorizada la escritura, se procederá a efectuar la inscripción en el registro civil. Así mismo, el Notario, a costa de los interesados, comunicará telegráficamente, el mismo día o, a más tardar el siguiente, la celebración del matrimonio a los funcionarios para que hagan las respectivas notas marginales, las cuales deberán aparecer necesariamente en las copias que de ellas se expidan.
