ARTICULO 97 . CUMPLIMIENTO DEL TERMINO DE LA SUSPENSION PROVISIONAL. Si el investigado cumpliere el tiempo de suspensión provisional sin que haya sido resuelta su situación disciplinaria, se reintegrará al servicio inmediatamente, pero los haberes dejados de percibir sólo podrán pagarse cuando se haya proferido fallo absolutorio a su favor.
