ARTICULO 3.5.1.1.- CREACION DE SOCIEDADES ADMINISTRADORAS DE DEPOSITOS CENTRALIZADOS DE VALORES.- Las sociedades que se constituyan, con autorización de la Superintendencia de Valores, para administrar un depósito centralizado de valores deberán tener objeto exclusivo y se ajustarán a lo dispuesto en el presente Estatuto.
