Informe Evaluativo. El informe evaluativo que presente el Jefe la Sección de Visitaduría, o la dependencia que haga sus veces, al Superintendente del Subsidio Familiar, deberá contener:

Descripción sucinta de los hechos materia de investigación.

Análisis de los cargos, de los descargos y de las pruebas en que se funde o desvirtúe la responsabilidad de los investigados.

Las normas que considere infringidas.
