Instalaciones comunes. En el beneficio y acopio de los minerales y, si fuere del caso, en su transformación, así como para el ejercicio de las servidumbres, losconcesionarios podrán utilizar obras, instalaciones y plantas de uso común para varias explotaciones de un mismo o de varios beneficiarios de títulos mineros, cuyas áreas sean contiguas o vecinas.
