LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.2.9. Tiempo de permanencia superior en razón a reciprocidad por servicios especiales. Los recursos del Presupuesto Nacional podrán permanecer por un tiempo superior al establecido en el artículo anterior en cuentas corrientes, cuando así se haya convenido como reciprocidad a servicios especiales que preste el establecimiento financiero donde se encuentra radicada la cuenta. En este evento, los respectivos servicios y el tiempo de reciprocidad deben acordarse previamente y por escrito y las condiciones financieras las autorizará la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
