Informe de rentas pignorados . Cuando se trate del recaudo de rentas que hayan sido pignoradas a favor de entidades de crédito el Secretario de Hacienda solicitará mensualmente a tales entidades un informe de los recaudos efectuados; las aplicaciones a la deuda pendiente y el saldo a favor del departamento, a fin de incorporar a las rentas y el presupuesto de gastos las partidas correspondientes: Las entidades de crédito a que se refiere el presente artículo estarán Obligada5 a residir oportunamente el informe.
