Cambio de escalafón. Los Suboficiales en servicio activo que hayan adelantado y aprobado estudios universitarios con un plan oficial mínimo de cuatro (4) años, previa solicitud y concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora de la Policía Nacional, podrán pasar al escalafón de Oficiales de los servicios, con el grado de Subteniente. Si hubieren obtenido su título profesional, podrán hacerlo en el grado de Teniente.
