Aporte de entidades afiliadas. De conformidad con las disposiciones legales para las entidades de economía solidaria, las instituciones de educación superior que se vinculen como afiliadas al Fodesep deberán suscribir y pagar los aportes sociales individuales, bien sean ordinarios o extraordinarios, conforme lo establezca el Estatuto. Dichas disposiciones estatutarias sólo regirán para las entidades afiliadas y tales obligaciones no serán aplicables al Estado por estar éste realizando sus aportes anuales al patrimonio del Fondo.
