Los consejos seccionales de estupefacientes se reunirán en forma ordinaria la segunda y cuarta semanas de cada mes y podrán tener reuniones extraordinarias cuando su presidente los convoque. A partir del mes siguiente a la vigencia de este Decreto, enviarán al Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes informes mensuales sobre las labores realizadas por cada uno.
