º . Areas prioritarias de inversión. Cuando el monto de los recursos de que trata el literal b) del artículo 99 de la Ley 508 de 1999 a nivel departamental, sea inferior al porcentaje que defina la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar mediante un esfuerzo concertado, deberán focalizar la inversión de dichos recursos, en las áreas donde exista mayor número de beneficiarios.
