Los establecimientos públicos, institutos descentralizados y demás entidades de derecho público, del orden nacional, con patrimonio propio, y cuyos empleados sean afiliados forzosos de la Caja Nacional de Previsión están obligados a contribuir con un tres por ciento (3%) del valor de sus respectivos presupuestos ordinarios, con destino a dicha entidad por concepto de cuota patronal. Igualmente, los Notarios y Registradores están obligados a destinar un tres por ciento (3%) de sus ingresos mensuales, debidamente certificados por la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, a favor de la Caja Nacional de Previsión.
