El Director 'Ejecutivo será el representante legal del Fondo, y asistirá a las de la Junta Directiva, con voz pero sin voto será ejecutor de las normas señaladas por los estatutos y de las que imparta la Junta Directiva, y tendrá las atribuciones y funciones que se señalan en estos estatutos, y las que le delegue la Junta Directiva. Todos los empleados del Fondo le estarán subordinados.
