Podrá extinguirse el derecho de dominio de los bienes, aunque sean objeto de sucesión por causa de muerte o su titularidad esté en cabeza de los herederos de los postulados o de los miembros de los grupos armados organizados al margen de la ley que fallecieron durante el proceso de desmovilización colectiva.
