Por cuenta del Tesorero Nacional se construirá la Casa Municipal de Abejorral, Antioquia, y en la fachada principal del edificio se colocará una placa de mármol con esta leyenda: "A la cuna de Esteban Jaramillo, el Congreso de Colombia", y al pie las fechas del nacimiento y defunción del prócer.
