° El personal de Magistrados que existe actualmente en los Tribunales de los Distritos Judiciales continuará en ejercicio de sus funciones mientras el Gobierno, en uso de la facultad que le confiere el artículo 53 de la Ley 40 de 1907, hace los nombramientos respectivos de Magistrados.
