° En lo sucesivo, la cuantía de. las fianzas que deben prestar los Jueces de Circuito, para garantizar las responsabilidades que les impone el artículo 7° de la Ley 53 de 1917, será de mil pesos ($ 1,000) moneda legal. Igual fianza deben prestar los Jueces Municipales de Bogotá, con excepción de los dos que conocen de demandas yerbales.
