Art. 25. La compañía, durante el tiempo del privilejio, tiene el derecho de remolcar en el rio Atrato, i derecho esclusivo de remolcar en el rio Napipí i en el canal o canales que construya, todos los buques que necesiten de este ausilio, por medio del vapor, o por cualquier otro que se invente, i los buques que reciban este servicio pagarán por él los precios que se fijen en la tarifa de que habla el artículo 24.
