En cada Departamento, un mes antes de las primeras votaciones del año, el Gobernador formará un cuadro en que se exprese, de conformidad con los artículos 214, 215 y 216, qué personas no son elegibles en ningún punto del Departamento o en alguno de ellos, por razón del empleo nacional o departamental que ejercieren o hubieren ejercido.
