Art. 4. ° El dia último del año económico se cerrarán los Registros, estampando al fin de ellos una dilijencia en que asi conste, firmada por la autoridad o el respectivo Inspector i el Telegrafista, i se remitirán a la Direccion jeneral los marcados con los números 2°, 3.°, 4.° i 5.° El copiador de telegramas recibidos i el de inventario, se mantendrán en la oficina, el primero para las rectificaciones que haya necesidad de hacer posteriormente, i el segundo para que se continúe haciendo en él la anotacion de los efectos que se reciben. De esto último se remitirá una copia a la Direccion, de lo correspondiente al año.
