FORTALECIMIENTO DE LA EQUIDAD, EL EMPRENDIMIENTO Y LA LEGALIDAD DESDE LA MODERNIZACIÓN Y EFICIENCIA DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA. De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 150, numeral 10, de la Constitución Política, revístese al Presidente de la República de precisas facultades extraordinarias, por el término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación de la presente ley, para:

Realizar las modificaciones presupuestales necesarias para apropiar los gastos de funcionamiento e inversión necesarios para el cumplimiento de las facultades extraordinarias conferidas en la presente ley.
