Cuando el Intendente los juzgue indispensable, habrá, además, un Cuerpo de Policía fluvial, que prestará sus servicios, de preferencia, en las Aduanes de Arauca y Orocué. Corresponde al Gobierno decretar la adquisición de dos lanchas de vapor, para los efectos de este artículo, y toca al Intendente celebrar los contratos respectivos, con aprobación superior.
