º . Pago de horas extras . El reconocimiento y pago de las horas extras asignadas a un etnoeducador docente o directivo docente-coordinador procederán únicamente cuando el servicio se haya prestado efectivamente. Para efectos del pago, el rector o el director rural del establecimiento educativo deberá reportar a la secretaría de educación de la entidad territorial certificada, en los primeros cinco (5) días hábiles del mes siguiente, las horas extras efectivamente laboradas.
