Este estatuto rige a partir de la fecha de su aprobación por parte del gobierno nacional y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarías. Comuníquese y cúmplase. Expedido en Bogotá, D. E., a los siete (7) días del mes de octubre de mil novecientos setenta y uno (1971). El Presidente (fdo.) Carmenza Arana de Ramírez. El Secretario, (fdo.) Luis Arturo Lizcano Blanco. El suscrito Secretario General de la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública hace constar que el presente estatuto fue discutido y aprobado por el Consejo Directivo de la institución, en su sesión del día jueves siete (7) de octubre de mil novecientos setenta y uno (1971).
