La relación docente-asistencial tiene carácter institucional y no podrá darse sin que medie un convenio que se ajuste a los principios aquí establecidos y que permita el cumplimiento de los objetivos que acuerden las instituciones participantes en el mismo, sin detrimento de los que les son propios a cada una de ellas.
