Para los nombramientos del personal técnico de la Casa de Moneda se tendrán en cuenta no sólo la honorabilidad de los individuos, sino sus conocimientos y competencia en cada uno de los respectivos ramos, atendiendo al efecto las prescripciones del Reglamento.
